Rule Changes for 2026

PCA Club Racing Rules Committee
After consideration of the comments received on the published proposals, the following changes to the PCA Club Racing Rules are provisionally approved for 2026.
Comments noting ambiguities in the announcement, typographical or other errors in specifications, and problems with changes that may have been overlooked may be addressed to the Rules Committee at rules@pcacclubracing.org until November 1, 2025. This is not the time to object to the concept of these changes, nor to propose additional changes.

GTB1 — allow commercially available louvers in the front fenders
SP1 — allow exhaust header coating or painting
SPB — allow exhaust header coating or painting
SP1 and SPB racers contemplating coating headers should consider the fact that other venues which have rules for these classes, which are similar to the PCA CR rules, may not allow header coating or painting.
